- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tbsp brown rice syrup
- 1 tbsp arrowroot
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 cups shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet which has a sheet of parchment paper.
- Add the coconut milk, rice syrup, and arrowroot with a saucepan over low heat. Stir together until thick; a couple of to three minutes.
- To the saucepan, add some vanilla, salt, and shredded coconut. Stir everything until it is all combined.
- Use a spoon to decrease rounded mounds on the mixture upon your prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 25 minutes until they’re golden brown.
