- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp sweet white miso a fermented soybean paste to be found in drug stores and specialty shops
- 1 1/2 pounds Alaskan black cod fillets
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F. Combine the mirin, water, maple syrup, and miso together inside a bowl.
- Place the black cod inside a baking dish and slather when using the miso dressing. Marinate for Thirty minutes at room temperature.
- Cover and bake inside oven for 7-8 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking 5-7 minutes. Transfer to serving platter and serve immediately.
