- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 12 slider buns
- 12 slices deli ham
- 12 slices swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or possibly a silicone mat.
- To a tiny bowl, add the honey and mustard. Whisk to combine.
- In a different bowl, combine the butter, poppy seeds, and 1 tablespoon within the honey-mustard mixture. Whisk to blend.
- Take a pointy knife and reduce the slider buns horizontally to part them into tops and bottoms. Squeeze bottom half over the baking sheet and smear mayo in a single even layer throughout the buns.
- Top the buns with ham and cheese. Inside the top part from the buns (the inside that will be touching the ham and cheese), spread the honey mustard mixture. Then position the top buns for the ham and cheese.
- Brush the poppy seed mixture over the tops on the buns until each of the buns are coated on this dressing.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes, or till the cheese is melted as well as buns are golden. Slice the buns into individual sliders and serve.
